PAUL A. SCHNEIDER - CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Schneider has held these positions since June 2005. Mr. Schneider has held three same positions with MVP Online Games since its inception in August 2004. Since January 2000, Mr. Schneider has been President and owner of MVP Network, LLC. Mr. Schneider has led marketing, sales, and business development teams for several companies. Mr. Schneider’s education includes a B.S. degree in Business Management. Mr. Schneider was President and owner of Clinical Systems, Inc., a nationwide medical manufacturing and rental company, until 1991 when he sold the company.

TIMOTHY R. SMITH - Vice-President, Treasurer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Smith has held these positions since June 2005. Mr. Smith has held three same positions with MVP Online Games since its inception in August 2004. Mr. Smith has been a Vice President of the MVP Network, LLC since January 2000. His duties with MVP Network, LLC include oversight of development teams for software, hardware, and mission-critical services provided by MVP Network, LLC. He previously owned Huntington Securities Group, Inc., a member of the NASD, until 1990. Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Masters Degree.

William Harrington - Cheif Marketing Officer
Mr. Harrington has over 25 years of experience in the brand development and marketing arena. As Chief Marketing Officer at Aura Renewable Energy, William helped to develop one of the nations first industrial size biomass to biogas manufacturing facilities. When completed in Q2 2010 the Energy Co. will provide 140,000 yards of organic peat substitute, almost $900,000 in carbon credits and over 350,000 MMBTU of methane annually. He has been a leader in the marketing and promotion industry. At Darcy McManus and Masius he helped form the sales promotion department for one of the largest advertising agencies in the U.S. There he helped develop the sports sponsorship program for Anheuser-Busch still in existence today. Other clients included AT&T, Southwestern Bell and General Mills. He is co-founder of the Zipatoni Company, one of the premiere promotion and marketing firms of the 90’s. His clients have included Coca Cola, Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., Miller, Quaker, RJ Reynolds, Philip Morris, Nestle Purina, Energizer, Hostess, Ameren Energy, and Hallmark. It is this experience and Mr. Harrington’s marketing work during the deregulation of telecommunication and retail energy businesses that lead him to the opportunity in renewable energy and now casual gaming.

Brian G. Hafen - Executive Vice President
Mr. Hafen has extensive experience in both sales and marketing across several different industries. He has been ranked in the top 1% in corporations ranging from leisure, telecommunications, electronics, and timeshare, and has numerous awards to show for it. Mr. Hafen’s entrepreneurial spirit has lead him to help grow several start-up companies, and his studies in cause-related marketing and sales management have allowed him great opportunities. Mr. Hafen was most recently working as the Senior Director of Marketing for Worldmark by Wyndham, part of a Fortune 500 Company and one of the largest of it’s kind in the industry. Mr. Hafen’s love of philanthropy has lead him to be an active part on the Advisory Boards of several non-profit Foundations, helping to raise large amounts of money for different causes.

Nick B. Thomas - Executive Vice President
Mr. Thomas has had an impressive career in both the sales and operations arenas. Governor Mike Leavitt (UT) named Nick a Young Entrepreneur of the Year. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Sales with Holmes Homes, Inc of Salt Lake City, Utah, Nick oversaw $250 million of product from creation and completion through closing. Nick was heavily involved with product selection and price points for several communities in Daybreak, the biggest master planned community in the US. He earned Utah’s #1 Top Real Estate Producer his first year in real estate. Nick has acted as Radio Station Director, successfully managing employees in-house and remotely. During that time he also owned and oversaw daily operation of a production company, which provided product for nationally syndicated radio programs. Nick is the co-founder of The Greater Good Foundation, a non-profit organization with an initiative to build and assist other charities.

David Harnicher, MBA, LUTCF - Senior Vice President of Special Projects / Cause Related Marketing
David Harnicher attended The Ohio State University School of Business obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, then a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and a Masters in Real Estate. After leaving Graduate school worked with a prestigious Washington D.C. Management Consulting firm. Moved to Houston to develop and build Retail and Office/Warehouse buildings as a General Partner and started a leasing and property management organization. After that worked with a national insurance brokerage operation serving hundreds of agents and moved to Salt Lake City to manage the Intermountain West region which developed as a small market to award winning status. Next took a position in a sales & third party administrator firm obtaining the Chief Financial Officer position that handled $54 Million of individual & employee benefit premium. Then recruited as Managing Director of Special Projects for the Children’s Miracle Network which raises over $240 Million a year for children’s hospitals around the country. David has been elected and appointed to numerous positions such as the Greater Avenues Community Council Chairperson, Downtown Business Action Committee for the Salt Lake City Mayor, Emigration Canyon Township Commissioner, and served as the President of the Salt Lake National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Jason Case - Director of Sales
Mr. Case brings over a decade of proven sales and leadership experience to our team. He is recognized as an industry leader in both sales and management, most recently by Wyndham Worldwide, the largest timeshare company in the world. He has won Wyndham’s coveted Salesperson of the Year two consecutive years (2007 and 2008), and has personally sold over $6 million in timeshare during his time with Wyndham. Under his leadership, his sales team outperformed all other teams both company and industry-wide, grossing approximately $20 million in sales over a two year period. Jason has also won the nomination for an ARDA Award, the timeshare industry’s highest recognition for sales and leadership achievement.

Damon H. Mitchell - Art Director
Mr. Mitchell has 18 years experience in electronic entertainment industry, completing 25 software gaming titles in his tenure. He is a consummate professional with a proven ability in creative direction, motivational supervision and game art production. Mr. Mitchell enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is considered by supervisors and peers to be reliable, meticulous, and organized. Mr. Mitchell has completed many jobs in other related fields as well, such as Graphic Design, Technical Illustration, Drafting, Web Design, and Project Coordination. Mr. Mitchell graduated with honors from the University of Oregon with a 5-year Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Design and continues to study improved software planning processes and management styles.

Joy Black - Accounting Manager
Mrs. Black has over 23 years of office and accounting experience. She has been a part of this company for 8 years. She processes all the incoming orders and is responsible for the commissions being processed in a timely manner. She also handles most of the financial aspects of MVP Online Games on a daily basis.
